Can I track my order?

You can! Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info or you can track it in the shop app. 

Why do we do pre-orders?

Simple. We'd rather print what firefighters actually want than guess and end up with a mountain of shirts nobody ordered. Most of our new designs start as pre-orders because it gives us a solid headcount before we fire up the presses. It helps us figure out how many to print without overcommitting, wasting inventory, or driving up costs. The more you pre-order, the better we can plan and the faster we can get new designs into the rotation. Thanks for backing a small family owned business. We appreciate every order.

Is your apparel screen printed or DTG?

Every piece of our apparel is screen printed using premium-quality inks because that's the standard we believe in. DTG printing has its place, but it's not our style. We stick with traditional screen printing because it delivers a softer feel, better breathability, and the kind of durability that holds up through long shifts, countless washes, and everyday wear. No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just quality prints built to last.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. We always do our best to get them out the door sooner, but we're not Amazon and we're okay with that. We're a small, family owned business, and every order is handled with care. We work hard to get your gear packed up and shipped as quickly as possible without cutting corners. Need your order by a specific date? Shoot us an email when you place your order. We can't make promises, but we'll do everything we can to get it to you in time.

What is the recommended care for our apparel?

Want this shirt to last? Then treat it like it deserves. Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors & tumble dry low. That's how you keep the print sharp and the shirt looking good for years to come. Don't be the guy who throws it in with red towels, cranks the water to hot, and then complains the print faded. That's not on us. Follow our care instructions and the manufacturer's and your shirt will outlast plenty of bad kitchen table stories.
