FAQ:
What are the screen printing minimums?
30 Garments for 3 colors or less.
50 Garments for 4 colors or more.
What are the Embroidery minimums?
Minimum of 24 pieces for an order.
What is average turnaround time?
Our average turnaround time for screen printing & embroidery is normally 10-14 business days after art approval & payment is made. Time may vary based on seasonal demand however we do try to keep the times consistent.
What are your artwork requirments?
Acceptable file type include EPS, AI & PDF. For any files under 10 MB you can fill out a quote request under our custom apparel section and send that way. Anything over 10 MB please upload the files to dropbox or google drive and email them to Quotes@tenthreegraphics.com
I don't have any artwork, can you help me with that?
Yes! That is what we specialize in. Fill out a quote request under the custom apparel tab up top including information on what you're looking for and any pictures so we can bring your dreams to life. Turnaround times for custom graphics is TBD based on the project and needed date.
I need my order sooner! Do you offer rush services?
That we do! Any order that needs to be rushed will be a custom quote. Shoot us an email at Quotes@tenthreegraphics.com
When my order is approved and placed when do I have to pay?
Once artwork and the order is approved we require either 50 % or full payment upfront before order is processed. If there is still a balance prior to shipment or picking up it must be paid for order to be released.
