Printing & Shipping:

 

Do we print our own shirts?

We do indeed. Everything from the designing to printing to shipping is done in house all under one roof. Proudly made in the USA. 

What shirts do we print on ?

Most of the shirts we print on are American Apparel 100 % Cotton which fit true to size. Some of the shirts we use are 50/50 which are more fit but we do not print on them often. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive ?

Shirts that are stocked and ready for shipment will ship and arrive in 5-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Shirts that are in a pre-order period will ship once the pre-order period has concluded. 

Do we ship internationally ?

That we do, there is a charge of $25 to ship internationally. Once the order has shipped you will be provided a tracking number to track the shipment. 

 

Payments:

What payments do we take ?

We take most major credit cards such as Discover, Master Card, Amex & Visa. We also take PayPal which you can use once you get to checkout you will be able to head on over to PayPal and checkout from there. 

Where can I enter the coupon code ?

You will be prompted to enter the coupon code once you head on over to checkout. You will see a discount code box which you can apply the code there and it will be reflected toward the final payment. 

 

Refunds & Exchanges: 

How do I get a refund if I am not satirized with the product ?

Easy, if you're not satisfied with our products you can return your unworn product to us within 30 days of the delivery date to receive the refund on the product. You will not be refunded the shipping amount. Only the amount for the product. You can mail the refunded product to:

Returns will only be accepted for products that have not been worn or used. 

I ordered the wrong size or item, can I exchange for the correct size or item ?

That you can! Our goal at Ten Three GFX is to make sure our customers our 100 % satisfied with their product and experience with us. All you have to do is shoot us an email at Sales@tenthreegraphics.com explaining why you would like to exchange the item and we will take it from there for you. You will be charged no shipping fees for the exchange. This only applies to items that are unworn and have not been used. 

There is a defect in the shirt, what do I do ?

Easy, if there is a defect in the shirt or item just simply shoot us an email at Sales@tenthreegraphics.com with a picture of the defect. Once we receive the picture of the defect we will go ahead and replace the defected item free of charge. If the item that has the defect is no longer in stock we can simply refund you the money for the defected item or replace with another item of your choice, free of charge.
