- How it works? - Become a member and each month you'll receive a custom featured firehouse tee for that month.
- What will I get? - A top notch one of a kind tee printed on a Next Level 60/40 cotton/poly blend t-shirt. Depending on the color of the shirt we may use a 100% Combed Ring Spun Cotton Tee.
- How much will it cost? - Club Membership is $23 per month with free shipping inside the US of A. Additional shipping for members outside of the US. There is no commitment. You may cancel your membership or change your shirt size at any time.
- How will my shirts be shipped? - Your shirts will be fresh off the press and delivered to you doorstep via USPS for each month.

When will I get billed & receive my shirt? Club Membership fees are charged the 1st of every month and ship the 3rd Week of every month.
- What is the cutoff date to sign up & receive the current months shirt? The 25th of each month before 11:59 E.S.T.
- How do I update my address / shirt size / subscription quantity / billing information? Send an e-mail to orders@tenthreegraphics.com with the update request or you can login to your account to change.

All orders placed will be shipped out within 5-7 business days unless any item ordered is stated to be in a pre-order. Any items in a pre-order period will ship once that period has closed.
